The sale of a home is often an emotional roller-coaster ride. We at Joubert Realty realize this and want nothing more than to support you during this process. Allow us to put our experience, professionalism and enthusiasm to work for you.
The success of a real estate company is, no doubt, linked to the time needed to find a buyer and complete the sale. It is imperative to price your property as realistically as possible according to the prevailing market conditions. If it is priced to high and stays on the market for too long, it could create the erroneous impression that there is something wrong with the property. In such a scenario even the realistic price of the property may, over the course of time, not elicit the desired response.
We work on the basis of “NO CURE, NO PAY”.
The process of selling your property begins with a no strings attached conversation about and a careful inspection of your property. We will, once the minimum price and the asking price have been determined, put together package tailored to meet your needs.
At Joubert Realty our goal is to reach as many potential buyers as possible. Our approach includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Placement of “for sale” signs;
- Putting together a color brochure with description, various photographs and floor plan(s);
- Placement of your property on our website www.joubertrealty.com;
- Mailings to those clients from our ample client database searching for a property;
- Advertising the property in the local papers and the monthly real estate publication “De Makelaar”.
Organizing an, eventual, Open House also belongs to the realm of possibilities.
We will, of course, coordinate and show the property. Once an offer is made we will negotiate, in close consultation with you, on your behalf. Once a deal has been reached we will draw up the necessary papers and forward these to the notary of the buyer’s choice. The agreed upon price and delivery framework are amongst the many things laid out in the aforementioned papers. We will also continue to monitor the process up to the signing of the official documents when the property changes from owner.
